Please follow following steps to activate the service user
Before you activate, Finance team must created a costing for the service user
Once the service user costing is done
1)Click the service user menu on the left
2)Search with the service user name under draft section
3)Click update under manage column
4)Fill all the personal information related to service user
5)Save the page
6)Activate Package will appear once all the relevant information's are filled
7)Activate package
8)Please contact Finance team if the costing hasn't created for the service user.
